Kadyrov’s daughter was awarded the Order of Kadyrov for her “contribution to the development of medicine.” She headed the dolphinarium, but has been in charge of healthcare since March

Khutamat Kadyrova, the third daughter of the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, was awarded the republic's highest state award, the Akhmat Kadyrov Order, Kavkaz.Realii reports. Hutamat Kadyrova is 20 years old. She has been the curator of health care in Chechnya since March of this year. Prior to that, she was the director of the Grozny Dolphinarium.

Akhmed Dudayev, Minister for Press Affairs of the Republic, announced the award. According to him, Khutamat “worthily represents her glorious family,” but Dudayev did not say what contribution she made to medicine. Judging by the reports of Chechen media even very loyal to Kadyrov, Kadyrova mostly participates in image-building events: charity events, discussions of medical tourism to Chechnya with the local Minister of Tourism, she gave instructions to “introduce the practice of visiting days in the cancer center.”

Before Khutamat, her two older sisters, 22-year-old head of the Department of Preschool Education of the Grozny City Hall, Khadizhat Kadyrova, and 24-year-old Minister of Culture of the Republic Aishat Kadyrova, received the same order.
