Representatives of the EU countries agreed on the 11th package of anti-Russian sanctions, according to the Twitter account of the Swedish permanent mission to the European Council. It will contain measures aimed at preventing circumvention of already adopted restrictions, as well as personal sanctions against individuals.

According to the Ambassador of Poland to the EU, Adjey Sados, the sanctions list will be replenished with the names of people who are responsible for the illegal deportation of children. In addition, the restrictions will affect 30 business entities that help circumvent sanctions and thus support Russia in the war against Ukraine. Also, according to Sados, the supply of oil through the southern branch of the Druzhba pipeline, as well as the crossing of the border with the European Union by Russian cargo trailers, will be blocked.

RIA Novosti, citing its source, writes that the drafting of a new package of sanctions will be completed by Friday, after which it will be published in the official journal.

In the previous EU sanctions package, restrictions on imports and exports were expanded, personal sanctions were introduced, as well as a ban on the work of Russian propaganda media.
