Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law on 30 days of administrative arrest, as well as fines for violating martial law. It was adopted by the State Duma on June 20 and approved by the Federation Council on June 21.
In addition, the law provides for the detention of vehicles in the absence of a route map. It will be carried out until the owner pays the fine. It is 5 thousand rubles for officials, 30 thousand rubles for individual entrepreneurs and 300 thousand rubles for legal entities.
In addition to 30 days of administrative arrest, the amendments to the legislation provide for the possibility of fining citizens for violating martial law in the amount of up to 1,000 rubles, and officials – up to 2,000 rubles.
