Roskomnadzor warned of a possible restriction of the work of Internet resources in the areas of the counter-terrorist operation. It is reported by RBC with reference to the department.
“In the areas of the CTO, a temporary restriction of the work of Internet resources is possible. Currently, the work of the mentioned resource is not limited, ”Roskomnadzor told the publication, answering a question about failures in Telegram.
Users in Russia, Ukraine and Europe complain about problems with Telegram. According to Downdetector, the crashes began after 11:00 Moscow time on June 24.
The Russian service Downradar also recorded an increase in the number of complaints about the work of the Telegram application – over the past day, it received more than 1000 reports about the failure of the service.
