On the way to Voronezh, Wagner PMC fighters met with resistance. According to The Insider, a military clash took place near Pavlovsk, Voronezh region, as a result, at least a pickup truck and a truck burned down. Shooting is heard in Pavlovsk.
Another video, filmed in Pavlovsk, shows a convoy of military equipment.
A resident of Voronezh told The Insider that all roads leading to the city are blocked.
“I am eight kilometers from Voronezh. It's quiet in Voronezh, too. But you can’t get to us, the track is closed.”
The road closure was confirmed by another local resident.
“Exits to the M4 highway are blocked. I heard that there are already armored vehicles in the city center. Volunteers distribute water on the roads, where there is a cluster of civilian cars.”
