President of Poland arrives in Kyiv on an unannounced visit

Polish President Andrzej Duda arrived in Kyiv on an unannounced visit. His office reports that he will hold talks with Volodymyr Zelensky, in particular, on preparations for the NATO summit in Vilnius, the threat of a terrorist attack at the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant and the current situation at the front.

Earlier, on June 28, it became known that Lithuanian President Gitanas Nauseda unexpectedly arrived in Kyiv. According to media reports , he will also meet with Zelensky and take part in an event marking the 27th anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of Ukraine.

Nauseda arrived in Kyiv from The Hague, where the meeting of the heads of seven states discussed further support for Ukraine. From Kyiv, he will travel to Brussels, where a meeting of the summit of European leaders will be held.
