The death toll from the Russian strike on Kramatorsk has risen to 12, Ukrainian Interior Minister Igor Klymenko said .
The number of victims is 65 people. Search and rescue operations have been completed.
On June 27, Kramatorsk was hit by a rocket attack that hit a restaurant full of customers. Among the victims were three citizens of Colombia – Deputy Sergio Jaramillo, writer Hector Abad and journalist Catalina Gomez, who at the time of "arrival" had dinner in a cafe with the Ukrainian writer Victoria Amelina who accompanied them (she is in serious condition).
