Kremlin media allege that Biden is sending American soldiers to fight in Ukraine. Source – conspiracy theorist praising Putin

RIA Novosti, TASS, Rossiyskaya Gazeta and RT accused US President Joe Biden of violating the US Constitution because he allegedly secretly sends his troops to Ukraine. They referred to the conservative Washington Times, a column in which former New Jersey Judge Andrew Napolitano, beloved by Russian propaganda, published a column, and RIA devoted two whole pieces of news to his statements: exactly the same ex-judge said on the air of his Judging Freedom YouTube channel.

“Does Congress comply with the requirements of the constitution? Does the president follow them? The answers to these questions are obvious. We have left the constitution in the hands of dishonest, corrupt politicians who ignore it. The result was the death of innocent people, endless debts and the loss of personal freedom of many people, ”writes Napolitano.

Biden also sends soldiers to Ukraine who are fighting against Russia, "because the maintenance and operation of most of the equipment supplied by Washington to Kiev requires the knowledge and skills that the Americans possess," TASS writes.

As Washington has repeatedly acknowledged , there are indeed American troops in Ukraine. However, according to the White House, they do not participate in hostilities: their functions are limited to guarding the US embassy and overseeing how Ukrainians handle military equipment that the Americans supplied to them. The New York Times also wrote that there are CIA agents in Ukraine collecting intelligence.

Napolitano's allegations that US Army personnel "operate American military equipment, carry out launches by pressing buttons on the control panel that send projectiles to kill Russians" are not based on anything.

Recall that Andrew Napolitano in his columns for the Washingtom Times regularly talks about Biden's "covert operations" in Ukraine. The Columnist was indeed a New Jersey Supreme Court Justice from 1987 to 1995. Since 2000, he has been a presenter and publicist, appearing frequently on Fox News.

Napolitano is known for his love for Vladimir Putin, and his remarks are gleefully replicated by Russian propaganda almost every day. In the United States, the publicist was often caught on fakes – for example, on Fox News in 2017, a former judge, citing anonymous sources, said that ex-US President Barack Obama tapped Donald Trump's phone with the help of British intelligence. There was no confirmation of this (including the FBI), and even the conservative Fox News was forced to take Napolitano off the air for a while. Even earlier, in 2014, the ex-judge expressed the opinion that the US Civil War could have been avoided if Abraham Lincoln had simply paid the slaves. And as a Fox News host, Napolitano promoted conspiracy theories about the 9/11 attacks.

In 2021, the former judge was fired from Fox News following allegations of sexual assault. Lawsuits against him were filed by two men. True, at the beginning of 2022, the claims were withdrawn .

As for the Washington Times, it often got into scandals due to the spread of anti-scientific theories, including about climate change , as well as because of racist statements, including conspiracy theories about former US President Barack Obama (Washington Times even compared Obama to Hitler).
