Moscow developers were instructed to provide their workers to be sent to the front – “Layout”

The Moscow authorities offered developers to supply volunteer employees to the front in exchange for contracts from the mayor's office. This is reported by "Layout" with reference to sources in the construction industry, as well as in one of the development companies that received such an order. It is known about at least two firms that are instructed to find several dozen volunteers in their structure – in the future, a contract for military service will be signed with them, after which they will go to fight in Ukraine.

The source said that an "instruction" came from the mayor's office to provide at least 30 volunteers by the end of August. According to him, the majority of construction companies in the capital have the same tasks. “Before, each village had to put up recruits. Now every corporation,” he says.

Another source of the publication noted that such an order really exists, in fact, this is a deal: construction companies provide their employees, and in return receive contracts from the mayor's office. Moreover, we are talking about volunteers who will go to the front as military personnel, and not for construction work in the occupied territories. According to the interlocutor of Nestka, builders are not needed there, there are enough of them in Mariupol.

According to the sources of the publication, they are not aware of any sanctions for refusing the deal. “This is always formulated with the word “asked”, “lowered a pointer”. It's all very conceptual, – says the interlocutor, who works in the construction industry in Moscow. – Ultimatums are generally not accepted to speak. There is no such thing that in exchange for this we give you that. But everyone understands who has been working in Moscow for a long time.”
