The Russian army fired on the city of Pervomaisky, Kharkiv region, according to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. According to preliminary data, a high-explosive shell hit a parking lot near a multi-storey residential building, injuring 31 people, including nine children.
The shelling was recorded at 13:35. Initially, 16 victims were reported, but two hours later, the head of the Kharkiv regional administration, Oleg Sinegubov, spoke of 31 wounded. Among the injured children there are two babies: one is a year old, the other is 10 months old.
A residential building was damaged, four cars burned down, windows were shattered in eight more houses.
On July 3, the Ukrainian city of Sumy was raided by kamikaze drones of the Shahed family. One of them ended up in a residential building. 21 people were injured, three died .
