The pro-Ukrainian Telegram channel Donetchanyn published a video of the explosion that took place the night before in the occupied Makiivka, Donetsk region. The video confirms the version of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, according to which the strike was carried out on the ammunition depot.
The footage shows that ammunition for the MLRS is stacked in the courtyard of an unfinished residential complex. After entering the depot, the ammunition detonated, causing damage to nearby buildings, including the hospital complex.
It is specified that mainly ammunition for Grads was stored in the warehouse. The blast wave knocked out windows within a radius of three kilometers.
Earlier, the “head” of the “DPR” Denis Pushilin claimed that the Armed Forces of Ukraine fired on residential areas and a hospital in the Chervonogvardeisky district of Makeevka. One person died and 25 were injured.
