Periodically, military operators put air defense systems into combat position, this can be seen from the rotation of the radar and the movement of anti-aircraft guns. "Pantsir" is a short-range complex. In addition to its main purpose – to protect small objects from air attack weapons, it is capable of fighting lightly armored ground targets and enemy manpower.

MSW "Salaryevo" is a reclaimed mountain of garbage and is considered the largest such landfill in Europe. As The Insider previously found out , the military has been using the landfill to house their facilities since February. The first mobile reconnaissance and target designation radar P-18-2 Prima appeared there with a characteristic large horizontal antenna operating in the meter range and designed to detect, track, measure coordinates and determine the nationality of air objects.
Ukrainian military expert Oleksandr Kovalenko said that the presence of Prima most likely means the use of short-range or medium-range air defense systems with it. Interestingly, in February-May, Prima worked almost without interruption, and with the onset of summer, it is increasingly seen turned off.
