Doctors recorded that Nadezhda had a broken nose, bruises and abrasions.

On the morning of July 3, Nadezhda's assistants called and said they were throwing her personal belongings out of the house where she had previously lived with Bulavinov. According to the lawyer, the woman came to pick up her things. When she entered the house, her ex-husband was sleeping there in a state of intoxication. Bulavinov woke up, started talking incoherently, and then grabbed and started beating his ex-wife. A driver and a cleaning lady ran to the noise, the woman was able to run out of the house. She immediately went to the emergency room, where all injuries were recorded. The lawyer provided:

After the attack, Bulavinov did not get in touch, the defense of his ex-wife decided to make the case public, fearing pressure.

“We are afraid that Vadim Bulavinov will oppose bringing him to justice using administrative resources. My client doesn't need compensation or anything. We want him to be justly punished in accordance with the criminal code.”

The deputy himself refused to communicate with the correspondent of Govorit Nizhny and comment on the situation.

The publication notes that the actions of the United Russia deputy have been repeatedly discussed in the media. In 2014, Bulavinov was removed from the plane for a drunken brawl. In 2017, local media reported that he was driving under the influence of alcohol.

In June, it became known that ex-LDPR deputy from the Krasnoyarsk Territory Alexander Khakonov escaped jail time for the murder of his wife by joining the Wagner PMC. Publications NGS24.RU and TVK reported that he was sentenced to 9 years and 8 months in a strict regime colony, but from the colony he went to "SVO". The case file described how Khakonov hit his wife 19 times in the face, neck, arms and legs, and then stabbed her several times. Khakonov himself claims that he offered his wife to agree to sexual intercourse with him, she refused and “began to humiliate him like a man,” so he did so. After the murder, he hid her body in a landfill, burned his clothes, and also went to the police himself and reported "the disappearance of his wife."
