Z-propaganda will also be directed at children with Down syndrome so that they “feel a sense of belonging to the struggle”

The Presidential Grants Fund supported the project to promote Z-values for children with Down syndrome, drew attention to the project "We Can Explain". 1.9 million were given to the Time of Change organization for staging patriotic performances, "celebrating veterans" and supporting the occupied territories.

It is assumed that now, at choreography and vocal rehearsals, school-age children, adolescents and young people with mental disabilities will, under the guidance of a choreographer and vocal teacher, learn the choreographic and vocal numbers of the musical mini-performance "Home, with Victory".

“These events will help the children feel a sense of belonging to the struggle for their independence, which our country waged during the Great Patriotic War and which it is now,” the project description says.

As the Can Explain project points out, this is not the only example of promoting the Z agenda among children with special needs. In particular, Pavel Zayfidi, the creator of the Romanovsky Rehabilitation Center, involved children with intellectual disabilities in patriotic flash mobs. He was also given a grant to create a Health Pledge club for children with mental disabilities.

The public reception of United Russia, in turn, organized a master class on making trench candles for children with cerebral palsy from school No. 584.
