As The Insider was told by Russian Railways, as well as by Aeroflot, so far there are no restrictions on the sale of tickets to men from 18 to 65 years old. There were also no instructions that men should have a certificate from the military commissariat when buying. In large chats for those who are trying to leave Russia, there are also no reports of detentions or refusals to register. However, there are reports that men are deployed at the land borders with Georgia and Finland, while women are allowed to pass.
At the same time, the FSB Border Guard Service has not yet received a comment. Border controls at three Moscow airports are busy or unavailable. The same is true when trying to call the border guards of the Kaliningrad region and in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region.
The authorities have not yet reported anything about the travel ban, there is no news about this in the state media. The statement was made by the head of the State Duma Defense Committee Andrei Kartapolov. He said that there were no additional restrictions on the right of reservists to leave due to partial mobilization. The reservists make up only a small part of those who are in the reserve. About all the rest Kartapolov said nothing.
Member of the Human Rights Council of the Russian Federation Kirill Kabanov said that there is no ban on leaving the place of residence with partial mobilization, it is valid from the moment the summons is received. Kabanov did not mention leaving the country.
