“I think Kadyrov is a good father. If you can blame him for anything, it's not for this. I think he is responsible for his actions towards children. The Chechen Republic is special, and the culture of education there differs in its traditions from our purely Russian culture, so it seems to me that Kadyrov knows that his children are under his care and under his control. I wouldn't interfere in internal affairs."
According to her, by his example, Kadyrov wants to make "other dads who call themselves patriots" think about where their "advanced children" are.
