Petersburg Governor Alexander Beglov expelled from the City Council for Culture of the three opponents of the war:
– actress Ksenia Rappoport;
– graffiti artist Pokras Lampas;
– museum curator Dmitry Ozerkov (earlier for the same reasons resigned from the Hermitage).
Also excluded was the former director of the Manezh, Pavel Prigara, who left there in search of a promotion.
