By the end of the year, the Liberal Democratic Party plans to submit to the State Duma a bill on fines for walking dangerous breeds of dogs without a leash and a muzzle.
The deputies propose to establish fines from 1 to 3 thousand rubles, control over compliance with the rules is planned to be entrusted to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, RIA Novosti was told in the faction.
