The reason for drawing up the protocol was a comment on the social network “Vkontakte”: “Typical Rusnya, aged, supports the war and the dictator.” Known for expert examinations on politically motivated cases, expert, associate professor of the NArFU branch in Severodvinsk Khokhlova N.V. considered that he incites hatred towards the national group “Russian people”.
Earlier in the morning, Onegin was detained by police for commenting “Glory to Ukraine.”
