Blogger Nekoglai (real name Nikolai Lebedev) spoke about torture in the police department after his arrest: the security forces stripped him, beat him, forced him to sit on a bottle with his anus, pulled out his hair with his hands and shaved his head. The video was posted on his YouTube channel.
On November 9, after the blogger was detained, he was taken from the court to the police department in the Presnensky district of Moscow, where he was “closed to the bullpen.” In the evening, the security forces involved in the detention came to him, they offered him to record a video with an apology (later the video was published by the propaganda media). Then the police officers came, they handcuffed and took Nekoglay to the fourth floor of the police department.
“Immediately after I enter an office without cameras, the door slams behind me, and the first thing the employees do is kick me in the chest with all their might. I fly away, for me it immediately becomes a shock. I thought that no one would beat me, I thought that they would just scare me, but no, they just started slaughtering me like a dog.”
The blogger offered the police a million rubles each to stop beating him, but they did not stop. According to Lebedev, police officers filmed what was happening on video. They also stripped him naked and demanded that he "sit down" on a liter bottle of Coca-Cola . When the blogger refused, the security forces tried to insert the bottle by force, Lebedev resisted: “I almost passed out, lost consciousness several times for a couple of seconds.”
As a result, the security forces suggested that the blogger put the bottle into the anus on his own, he pretended to put it in – which was also filmed. Lebedev noted that the entire floor was covered in his blood and vomit, there were traces of blows on his body and head, the certificate from the emergency room says: “Multiple hematomas, abrasions of the scalp, face, neck, upper and lower extremities.” After that, the blogger began to pull out his hair with his hands, as a result, the security forces cut his hair using scissors and a razor, leaving numerous cuts.
Nekoglai was detained in Moscow on November 9, before that he published a video with a parody of a Russian military man who was thrown with grenades in a trench. It turned out that the tiktoker is a citizen of Moldova who does not have a Russian passport, he was detained until his identity was clarified. After the arrest, the pro-Kremlin media published a video with the blogger's apology, in which he shaved his head. The head of the Safe Internet League, Yekaterina Mizulina, drew attention to Nekoglay's video the day before his arrest. She stated that the blogger mocks the feat of a soldier who “heroically twice fought off an attack by a drone with grenades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.” She promised to appeal to the Prosecutor General's Office and the Ministry of Internal Affairs in connection with signs of "discrediting" the army.
