The director of the Theater of the Transitional Period, Vsevolod Lisovsky, was detained at the exit from the detention center, where he spent 15 days. As his daughter Eva Lisovskaya reported on Facebook, the director is charged with disobedience to the police (Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation).
“They are holding dad at the police station in the Sakharovo migration center, tomorrow the trial. So far, they say that the disobedience consisted in the fact that he refused to get into the police car (and why get into the police car if he had already been “released” from the special detention center?), but the documents related to this arrest were not shown to the lawyer, ” written by Eva Lisovskaya.
The director was detained on February 10 at the Moscow metro station. As his girlfriend, who witnessed the detention, told, Lisovsky was tied up by three police officers and taken to the police department in the Vykhino-Zhulebino district. The director was issued a protocol of disobedience to the police, after which the court sent him under arrest. Lisovsky was supposed to be released on February 25, but he was never released.
In September, the director was fined 50,000 rubles under an administrative article about “discrediting” the army. The reason was a post on Facebook.
