In Moscow, the administrator of the Real Crime Telegram channel, dedicated to criminology, was detained, ASTRA reports . Two criminal cases have been initiated against him.
According to the publication, the 30-year-old Muscovite disappeared in mid-December. He wrote in the channel’s chat “fuck * garbage” and “their dead * I”, after which he stopped communicating. As it turned out, on December 14, a case was brought against the channel administrator under Part 2 of Article 205.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (Public calls for terrorist activities, public justification of terrorism or propaganda of terrorism using the Internet). What prompted it is unknown.
Later, on March 6, another case was initiated, this time under the article on the dissemination of “fake news” about the army (207.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). In the administrator's comments left in the True Crime channel chat, the investigators saw signs that the author had a negative opinion about the actions of the Russian army.
What measure of restraint was chosen for the administrator and where he is now is unknown. The channel has not been updated since the beginning of December.
