Residents of Voronezh reported a loud explosion near the runway of the Voronezh Aviation Plant, where the Il-80 is being produced – an air command post or "doomsday aircraft" to control the Ground Forces, the Navy, strategic aviation, ground and underwater nuclear missile forces. The press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations for the Voronezh Region reported that no calls had been received. The mayor's office also claims that the state of emergency in the city is not fixed.
At the same time, Telegram channels publish photos of a white trail in the sky, as well as a fire.
