The head of the RT television channel, Margarita Simonyan, said that a parcel with traces of explosives had been sent to her name.
“A parcel with traces of explosives was sent to my name at work (security found). The police understand,” she wrote in her Telegram channel.
Simonyan later clarified that the package contained “a vibrating bullet for sexual adventures.”
In February, the security service of the RT channel called a sapper because of another package, also intended for Margarita Simonyan. However, later it turned out that the package contained two books about Orthodoxy. Later, Simonyan herself confirmed this information, threatening the police officers who “leaked” this story to journalists with a criminal case.
In the spring of 2022, the FSB reported on the detention of six members of the neo-Nazi terrorist organization National Socialism/White Power banned in Russia. According to the FSB, its participants, on the instructions of the Security Service of Ukraine, were preparing the murder of Vladimir Solovyov.
Telegram channels also published an FSB video in which one of the detainees claims that the murders of other propagandists were also discussed: Dmitry Kiselev, Olga Skabeeva, Yevgeny Popov, Tigran Keosayan and Margarita Simonyan.
