One person was killed and two were injured as a result of shelling of a temporary accommodation center for evacuees in the Belgorod region. The guard of the institution died. The victims are in critical condition and have been operated on. This was announced by the Governor of the region Vyacheslav Gladkov.
“Three direct hits in the sanatorium fell on the residential and administrative buildings, as well as on the territory of the checkpoint. The roof was broken, window openings and glass were broken. Two cars were also cut," Gladkov wrote.
People are being evacuated to temporary accommodation centers from villages that are under heavy shelling. Also, local residents were resettled there after the invasion of the sabotage group on May 22. On May 25, Gladkov reported that 230 residents of the Graivoronsky district were accommodated in the points.
