A Russian rocket hit a catering establishment in Kramatorsk, Donetsk region. According to Radio Liberty, three people died, including a child aged 9-11.
Update: The death toll has risen to four. 25 people were injured.
According to Interior Minister Igor Klymenko, 22 people were injured. The hotel building, cafe and several private houses were damaged. Klimenko specified that the rubble is still being cleared, people may remain under it.
Andriy Yermak, head of the Office of the Ukrainian President, said that a missile strike was also carried out on the village of Belenky, Kramatorsk district.
The main police department of Ukraine in the Donetsk region clarifies that S-300 missiles were used for the strikes.
