Twitter will limit the number of posts that users can see per day. The owner of the social network Elon Musk wrote about this in his account.
According to him, the restrictions are needed to prevent "data collection and manipulation of the system." They will be temporary.
Now owners of verified accounts will be able to see 6,000 posts per day, unverified ones – 600, and new unverified users – only 300. Social network verification, which allows you to get a "blue tick" on your avatar, costs $ 8 per month, and for iPhone users – $ 11 per day. month.
Twitter has been unstable in recent months. Musk said in March that the social network's code needed to be "completely rewritten" after users experienced that Twitter stopped displaying images and generally did not function properly. Then the entrepreneur said that the site code was too “fragile”, and the incident happened after adding new features to Twitter.
However, it is known that most of the employees who supported the site were fired by Musk or quit themselves, being in disagreement with his views and proposed working conditions.
