In Fryazino, near Moscow, at the railway stations, the documents of men are checked and those who are suitable for mobilization are handed subpoenas. This was told to The Insider by one of the residents of a city near Moscow.
According to the man, when he got off the train and entered the station building, two police officers approached him and asked for documents. To the question "what happened?", the police replied: "Nothing, mobilization."
The man showed documents proving that he works in the OPK (military-industrial complex), after which the police released him. A few minutes later, according to the young man, his acquaintance called, whose documents were also checked at another railway station near Moscow.
At the end of September, it was reported that in the Kosino-Ukhtomsky district of Moscow, employees of the State Budgetary Institution Zhilischnik, together with the police, without presenting documents, break the vestibule doors on the landings of residential buildings in order to hand over summonses to the military registration and enlistment office to residents. Mediazona also wrote that employees of the MFC in the Moscow region were instructed to issue summons to male visitors from 22 to 50 years old, with the exception of students who can confirm that they are studying.
