In St. Petersburg, the military commissar of the Frunzensky district was detained in the case of bribes. According to a Fontanka source, he is suspected of giving out military tickets with category B (“limited fit”) for bribes.
According to the publication, in September 2020, the military commissar received 200 thousand rubles from conscripts through an intermediary. For this money, he changed the category of validity on their military cards to B, which means "limited serviceability." An intermediary received another 50 thousand for services.
To identify the scheme, the newspaper writes, allowed the test, which began with the announcement of mobilization in the country. When they checked those liable for military service with category B, it turned out that many of them have the same “disease”. As a result, one of them came to the police with a confession.
After that, the police detained the intermediary. Further, his "active remorse" led to the fact that on October 11 the head of the Frunze military registration and enlistment office was detained. Two criminal cases were initiated: under Art. 291 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (giving a bribe) and 290 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (taking a bribe). Now the police are looking for doctors who helped get medical certificates, and those who received military tickets with category B.
