Shooting at Perm University

An unknown gunman opened fire at Perm State National Research University; the media reported that the shooter was 18-year-old freshman Timur Bekmansurov. The shooter died.
According to preliminary data, eight people were killed and another 19 were injured. Video footage from the scene appeared on the Internet.
