The Moscow department of the Investigative Committee began checking the work of rapper Alisher Morgenshtern from 2013 to 2021 under an article on the promotion of drug use.
The documents indicate that the rapper’s work contains propaganda of parasitic lifestyle, deviant behavior and drug use.
Earlier, on June 3, the rapper was fined 100 thousand rubles for drug propaganda in the songs Family and “Pink Wine 2”.
