During the Russian shelling of Kharkov on the morning of July 20, three people were killed, including a 13-year-old boy. This was announced in his Telegram channel by the head of the regional military administration (OVA) of Kharkov Oleg Sinegubov.

“Unfortunately, as a result of the morning shelling by the invaders of the Saltovsky district of Kharkov, three people were killed, including a 13-year-old boy, a man and a woman. A 72-year-old woman was injured."

According to him, over the past 24 hours, Russia has attacked the Chuguevsky and Bogodukhovsky districts of Kharkov, and also massively shelled the settlements of the Kharkov, Lozovsky and Izyumsky districts of the region. As a result, residential buildings, outbuildings, an educational institution were damaged, and there were also fires in wheat fields.

“A 61-year-old man died in the Izyumsky district. 7 civilians were injured: in the Kharkiv region - 5 wounded, in Chuguevsky - 1, in Bogodukhovsky - 1.

On July 14, the Ukrainian authorities reported an attack on the center of Vinnitsa by Russian Caliber cruise missiles launched from a submarine in the Black Sea. According to the latest data, the death toll from the rocket attack on Vinnitsa was 24 people, among the dead were three children. More than 100 people were injured and turned to hospitals for help. The Russian Ministry of Defense explained the missile attack on Vinnitsa by the fact that "Nazis" were allegedly based in the local House of Officers. The response of the department was published in her Telegram channel by the head of the RT channel Margarita Simonyan.

Since the first day of the war, the Russian side has been claiming that it is only attacking the military infrastructure of Ukraine. In fact, it regularly shells civilian targets. So, on July 3, the Russian military attacked Slavyansk. The mayor of the city, Vadim Lyakh, said that it was "the largest shelling of the city in recent times." Also, Russia regularly attacks Nikolaev. According to the mayor of the city Alexander Senkevich, during the war, Russian troops caused damage to Mykolaiv in the amount of 633 million hryvnias ($21.4 million).
