The Basmanny Court of Moscow until September 25 arrested three administrators of the Scanner Telegram channel, TASS writes . According to Baza, their names are Yevgeny Moskvin, V. Malushenko and Alexey Slobodenyuk. All three, according to the case cards on the portal of Moscow courts, are suspected of large-scale fraud (part 3 of article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). TASS clarifies that the trial took place on August 4.

Scanner's description states that the channel monitors "corrupt officials and assholes in the upper echelon of power." According to Baza, he and several other political and economic channels were allegedly part of the same network. The publication writes that their administrators are accused of extorting money from Rostec in exchange for not publishing unprofitable data for the state corporation. Among these channels are Financial Guard, Infernal Grandmas, E-Magic, Riddle and Mom's Financier. The authors of the latter told Baza that they were not affiliated with any network.

The publication reports that among the detainees are PR woman Inna Churilova and media technologist Olga Arkharova. The latter, according to Baza, was detained a few days ago in Crimea. RIA Novosti wrote that investigative actions are also being carried out with economic journalist Alexandra Bayazitova. She leads the Telegram channel "Infernal grandmas".

TASS writes that the administrator of Scanner is investigator Ruslan Leviev (real name is Karpuk). He was arrested in absentia in May 2022 for “discrediting” the Russian army (part 2 of article 207.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). His case also involves journalist Michael Nucky. Both are put on the international wanted list.

According to TASS, one of the suspects, Moskvin, worked for the Narodnye Novosti company. She is a member of the Patriot media group, owned by Putin's "cook" Yevgeny Prigozhin.
