The Federal Penitentiary Service secretly deducts money from the account of Viktor Filinkov while he is in the colony

3,000 rubles are debited monthly from the card of Viktor Filinkov, the person involved in the Network case. They are removed without any warning and court decision by the colony IK-1, in which he is located. About this, with reference to Viktor himself, the Rupression channel writes , which monitors the persecution of Filinkov and his stay in the colony.

After Filinkov found out about the withdrawal of money, the head of the detachment explained to him that this was a payment for refusing to clean up the territory. Filinkov was indeed offered to perform landscaping and cleaning work, but he cannot do such work due to back and wrist pain. He asked for medical assistance, but never received it, the publication says.

Filinkov also applied for training to obtain a labor qualification and even began to study as a seamstress. But he could not continue his studies, since he is almost constantly in the ShIZO. The administration “loses” his applications for training in other specialties or says that there is no place for Viktor in the group, since it is already full.

In October 2021, Filinkov received the status of a “malicious violator” for refusing to clean the exercise yard. Moreover, cleaning work was required to be done right during the walk, and not according to the work schedule. Filinkov's defense managed to challenge this status, but it was soon returned.

The judges considering Filinkov's complaints regularly received gifts from the jailers, they were carried by the head of the legal service of the Federal Penitentiary Service for the Orenburg Region, Andrei Denisov. Filinkov's defenders noticed him with packages and photographed him. At that time, he had already filed 13 complaints about his detention in the colony, of which only one was satisfied.

Filinkov was convicted in the case of the so-called "Network" terrorist community. According to investigators, he, along with other members of the community, was planning a revolution and terrorist attacks. In February 2020, seven defendants in the case were sentenced to imprisonment for a term of 6 to 18 years. In the summer of that year, Filinkov received 7 years in prison.
