Nikolaev was fired with cluster munitions, as a result, three people were killed and twelve more were injured. This was announced by the mayor of the city Alexander Senkevich in Telegram.
According to him, there was an explosion in the area of a public transport stop. The city has damage to residential buildings and power grids.
