Since 2017, Pavel from Khabarovsk has been registered with the Regional Clinical Psychiatric Hospital. According to his wife, the man was taken away according to the summons on September 26, after which he was taken to a military unit in Bikin. On September 30, Pavel called his wife and said that he was being enrolled in a rifle battalion.
