The SBU published photo and video evidence from the place of execution in the Kupyansky district of a column of cars with civilians. According to the head of the Kharkiv region Oleg Sinegubov, a total of 24 people died , including a pregnant woman and 13 children. He blamed the execution on the Russian military.
It is reported that people were killed on September 24 at around 9 am. “Such are the terrible consequences of the shelling of a column of seven cars by the invaders between the villages of Kurilovka and Peschanoe in the Kupyansky district. This is the so-called "grey zone". The Russians fired at the civilians almost point-blank,” writes Sinegubov.
