In Russia, the audio streaming platform SoundCloud was blocked. Roskomnadzor explained the blocking by the requirement of the Prosecutor General's Office of September 22.
According to the telegram bot RKN Dump Check, the claims of the department concerned the account of the Russian service of Radio Liberty. However, as was the case with Patreon, the entire service was blocked. The SoundCloud mobile app is still live.
Recall that in August, Roskomnadzor tried to block the statement of the DOXA editors, which was published on Patreon on February 25. Since the blocking is carried out over HTTPS, the entire site that uses this protocol has become unavailable.
The statement, which Roskomnadzor entered into the register of banned on August 6, said that DOXA journalists oppose the conduct of a “special military operation” on the territory of Ukraine.
