Russia hit Kharkov, according to preliminary data, with S-300 missiles. During the shelling, a 46-year-old woman was killed. This was reported by the head of the regional military administration (OVA) Oleg Sinegubov and the mayor of Kharkov Igor Terekhov in Telegram channels.
According to Sinegubov, after midnight, one rocket hit an enterprise in the Kholodnogorsk district, a fire broke out. In the Novobavarsky district, the missile strike damaged the infrastructure.
He also added that as a result of the shelling of a hospital in the Kupyansky district, an anesthetist was killed, two nurses aged 53 and 43 were injured. In addition, a 63-year-old man and a 9-year-old girl were hospitalized with wounds in the Kupyansky district.
Propaganda Russian Telegram channels claim that the strike was on a railway infrastructure facility.
The mayor of Nikopol, Valentin Reznichenko, also reported on the shelling on the night of October 4. According to him, Russia launched 30 Grads and heavy artillery. As a result, four men were injured, more than 30 multi-storey and private houses were damaged. The mayor added that after the strikes, the city was left without water, as the networks of the water canal pumping station were damaged, and more than 7,000 families were without electricity. Power engineers are carrying out restoration work, more than half of the lines have already been connected.
On the night of September 30, Russia shelled several cities – Nikolaev, Dnipro and Zaporozhye, Ukrainian authorities reported. The head of the Zaporozhye regional administration Oleksandr Starukh said that the Russian military launched a missile attack on a humanitarian convoy at the exit from Zaporozhye, 23 people died and 28 were injured.
Against the background of the counter-offensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the south of Ukraine, the Russian troops repeatedly attacked the country's communal infrastructure.
