According to Sinegubov, after midnight, one rocket hit an enterprise in the Kholodnogorsk district, a fire broke out. In the Novobavarsky district, the missile strike damaged the infrastructure.
He also added that as a result of the shelling of a hospital in the Kupyansky district, an anesthetist was killed, two nurses aged 53 and 43 were injured. In addition, a 63-year-old man and a 9-year-old girl were hospitalized with wounds in the Kupyansky district.

The mayor of Nikopol, Valentin Reznichenko, also reported on the shelling on the night of October 4. According to him, Russia launched 30 Grads and heavy artillery. As a result, four men were injured, more than 30 multi-storey and private houses were damaged. The mayor added that after the strikes, the city was left without water, as the networks of the water canal pumping station were damaged, and more than 7,000 families were without electricity.
