The General Staff also claims that since the beginning of the invasion, 2,449 Russian tanks, 5,064 armored combat vehicles, 1,424 artillery systems, 344 MLRS, 177 air defense systems, 266 aircraft and 232 helicopters have been destroyed. In addition, since February 24, Russia has lost 1047 UAVs, 246 cruise missiles, 15 ships and boats.
According to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Russian Federation suffered the greatest losses in the Kramatorsk, Avdeevsky and Krivoy Rog directions.
Since the beginning of the war in Ukraine, the Ministry of Defense has reported three times on the deaths of Russian servicemen.
