“Someone doesn’t want to fight.” In the Irkutsk region, a military enlistment office was set on fire. Video

In Goryachiy Klyuch, Irkutsk region, an unknown person threw two Molotov cocktails at the building of the military commissariat at night. The video was published by the Hot Key News Telegram channel.

According to the Telegram channel Shot, the bottles bounced off the door and broke, a fire broke out at the entrance. As a result, an alarm went off, the fire was extinguished by a female watchman with two conscripts before the arrival of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

In the published footage, the man says: “Our military registration and enlistment office. Some people don't want to fight."

Shot also claims that the police suspect arson and are looking for a 42-year-old resident of Krasnodar, who fled the scene in a Volkswagen Polo.

After the announcement on September 21 by Vladimir Putin of a "partial" mobilization in the country, military enlistment offices and administrative buildings began to be set on fire with renewed vigor. After that, the Russian General Staff stated that the arson of military registration and enlistment offices would be regarded as terrorist attacks and punished with imprisonment of up to 15 years. One of the last arsons was committed by an eleventh grader in Kazan, on October 5, the Sovetsky District Court sent her under house arrest. Idel.Realii reported that the schoolgirl was brought to court in handcuffs. The criminal case was initiated under Part 3 of Art. 30, part 2, art. 167 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (attempt to destroy or damage property), the maximum penalty for this charge is 3 years 8 months in prison. When detained by the police, the girl stated that she opposed the war and mobilization.
