A 60-year-old resident of St. Petersburg opened a criminal case because of a note on the grave of Putin’s parents

A 60-year-old resident of St. Petersburg, Irina Tsybaneva, was charged with desecration of the bodies of the dead and their burial places because of a note she placed on the grave of Vladimir Putin's parents. Mediazona writes about this with reference to the son of the detainee Maxim Tsybanev.

What exactly was written in the note is unknown, the son of Tsybaneva told Mediazone. “But she said that there was a wish to die,” he specified.

The police came to the woman's apartment on 10 October. After she opened the door, she was taken to the police department.

On October 11, the woman was brought to the Primorsky District Court of St. Petersburg. According to the lawyer by appointment, Sergei Trusov, the investigation intends to petition for detention. At the same time, the period of detention of Tsybaneva was extended by 48 hours.
