Putin, at a meeting with the head of the Investigative Committee Alexander Bastrykin, said that the executors and customers of the undermining of the bridge were the special services of Ukraine. Also after the explosion, the President instructed the FSB to strengthen the protection of the transport crossing through the Kerch Strait, the Russia-Crimea power grid bridge and the Krasnodar Territory-Crimea gas pipeline.

At the same time, Mash previously claimed that 52-year-old Mahir Yusubov, the uncle of the owner of the car, Samir Yusubov, could be driving the truck.
