The message with the proposal was forwarded by the headman. It states that for the distribution of subpoenas, five guys are needed, who will have to undergo training.
News about the involvement of state employees in the distribution of agendas appeared immediately after the announcement of the mobilization. So, on September 25, journalist Yevgenia Rodionova wrote on her Telegram channel that in Penza, social workers were obliged to deliver summonses: “The plan for the day for everyone is 2,500 summonses for hand-signed.
