A car exploded near the building of the Zaporozhye regional television company ZaTV in Russian-occupied Melitopol. This is reported by the source of RIA Novosti.
Vladimir Rogov, a Russian-appointed member of the "administration" of the Zaporozhye region, said in a conversation with the agency that a terrorist attack had occurred. According to him, an improvised device exploded. RIA also published a video from the scene of the explosion.
On October 9, the command of the air forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine announced that a night attack on Zaporozhye was carried out from the occupied Melitopol and Berdyansk, 4 Kh-22 cruise missiles were fired from a Tu-22M3 aircraft, as well as 2 Kh-59 missiles from a Su-35. Also, the city was fired from the S-300 air defense system, 16 missiles were fired.
