The Minister for the Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine, Irina Vereshchuk, appealed to the Ukrainians who left and asked them not to return to their homeland until spring - to spend the winter abroad. She announced this during the telethon.
All because of the massive shelling that the Russian military launched - they destroy civilian objects, as well as objects of the Ukrainian energy infrastructure.
“I will ask you not to return, we need to survive the winter. Unfortunately, the networks will not survive, you see what Russia is doing. Do not do this. If there is an opportunity to stay, it is better to spend the winter abroad for now, ”Strana.ua quoted Vereshchuk as saying.
On October 22, the Russian military again launched a massive attack on energy facilities in Ukraine.
