Employees of the Rostov hospital of the Ministry of Internal Affairs were asked to bring their passports. Such an order came from the authorities, the Caution, News Telegram channel reports and publishes a screen of correspondence in a work chat, where doctors are asked to hand over their passports to the personnel department, and then they will be handed over “for storage to Glavk”.

It is alleged that this is done by order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia and the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Rostov Region: "Objections are not accepted."

Some employees reported that they did not have their passports or that they had been lost. Sources of "Caution, news" said that those who cannot find a passport must, by order of the management, write an explanatory note about the loss of the document. After that, the passport will be cancelled.

On October 28, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu reported to Vladimir Putin that the “partial” mobilization activities had been completed. According to him, 300,000 people have been drafted into the army, no other mobilization tasks are planned, and military registration and enlistment offices will continue to recruit only by accepting volunteers and candidates for contract service.

Please note that the law and the decree on mobilization require its announcement, but the completion or termination of mobilization is in no way regulated by normative acts, human rights activist Pavel Chikov points out . He clarifies that the authorities of the regions do not have any authority to complete the mobilization, although they assist in its announcement. According to him, the need for a new wave of conscription may arise at any moment. Chikov emphasizes that we need to wait for Vladimir Putin's decree, and before that, the "partial" mobilization and legal regime announced by him are preserved.
