1,300 Starlink terminals went offline in Ukraine due to funding issues.

According to CNN, the total payout has increased to $20 million. The armed forces of the Independent stated that they would not be able to pull such an amount and refused to transfer the money. Soon, some of the terminals along the front line became blocked.

A spokesman for the US Department of Defense said that they continue to negotiate with the Musk company, as Starlink satellite stations remain the only means of communication for the Armed Forces after the cell towers were destroyed.
