Pashinyan said that in Sochi he proposed creating a demilitarized zone around Karabakh with international guarantees, “as a result of which Nagorno-Karabakh may not need a defense army of this magnitude.”
He also said that Yerevan also proposes to create a 3-kilometer demilitarized zone along the Armenian-Azerbaijani border.
